Rates

Listed are my regular rates for individual therapy sessions, workshops and groups.

See below for my sliding scale options and please contact me with any questions.

Regular Rates:

$140 individual 60 minute session
$175 individual 85 minute session

I run Group sessions and workshops they are all are priced individually. See here for details and current offerings.

I work with organizations and offer workshops for students, staff and clients. Please connect with me to learn about my rates for bringing me into your organization.

Sliding Scale:
It is important to me to offer sliding scale spots in my private practice. I know counselling can be financially inaccessible. Please connect with me if you need a sliding scale rate. If I do not have space I am happy to add you to my wait list.

Groups sessions & Workshops
I reserve spots in each group I offer for sliding scale. If you need one of these spots, just let me know and I’ll let you know if one is available.

*I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) Social Work Services are eligible to be claimed as Medical Expense your Taxes in BC. See here for more information.

I accept E-transfers that will go directly into a fund for folks that cant afford my services.
