I offer Individual Expressive Arts Therapy. Individual sessions are 60 minutes and 90 minutes. You can decide what works best for you. See my rates for individual sessions here.

Expressive Arts Therapy is a type of therapeutic work that supports folks where they are at in moment. Engaging with various arts modalities ( writing, singing, movement, working with clay, painting, drawing etc.) can be very insightful for clients they can bring a sense of comfort through a deeper understanding of ones self. In an Individual session, we will use the modalities you are comfortable with as well as what you are curious about and want to explore. We will talk though this together.

I am focusing my practice to work with BIPoC and QTBIPoC (Queer, Trans, non-binary, and Black, Indigenous and/or people of Colour). If you are a Queer, Trans or non- binary and not BIPoC connect with me to see if I have available space for us to work together.

You can come to sessions with something you are struggling with or with a concern/issue you are trying process or work through. You can also come to sessions to get support with ongoing/past trauma and oppression in your life: that could be manifesting as PTSD, anxiety, depression, illness, mental health, a relationship with substances that is not working for you or something else. I will hold space for you and guide a process of internal inquiry using various arts modalities. An individual session is a time for you to take up some space and have artful and internal time with yourself.
