Hi! I’m Jotika. I am a Queer, Women of Colour. I am deeply passionate about the arts as a profound and powerful tool to hold & process trauma & wounds. Expressive Arts Therapy can provide insights into deeper self-awareness of our nervous system, into our senses, it can support us to remember and re-connect with what safety feels like in our bodies.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive Arts Therapy (ExAT) is an arts-based approach to individual counseling & therapeutic group work. ExAT uses different modalities such as writing, visual art, movement, music, drama and more to provide a space for people to self-reflect, connect with inner resources and delve into their imagination.
